where can I find the avialble licenses details of my Applinace and view the end of Support date to proceed with renewal.

Where can I find the License key certificate, I didnt recieve any certificate, I just purchase additional licence for the Second Tape drive and this the only certifacate I recived.
Check the license key certificate that you received with your appliance.
