Check the tab: Schedule Updates. You should be able to select the time you want updates to be checked and installed.

Just checked that, but after I have scheduled a time, that auto update time didn't change to the scheduled one.

Yes, we have only 1 account accessible to this web interface.

Other than that, you should have support so I'd recommend opening a case with Symantec. I do know that the R3 image is out, but not sure if this is going to fix your issue or not.
