ayuda por favor; Error: V-79-57344-33043 Backup Exec

 El trabajo falló con el siguiente error: No se ha encontrado el brazo robótico de biblioteca de volúmenes físicos (PVL)

con numero de error referencial:  V-79-57344-33043. Podria alguien ayudarme.

    Hi,

     

    Open up Device Manager within Windows and make sure your robotics and the drive are showing. If not, do a device rescan so that they are redetected, and restart the BE services.

    i am rescan so that they are redetected, restart the BE services, and restart my robotic unit.

    Hi,
