B2D media catalog

Hi,

Does anyone know if it's possible to start a media catalog job in high priority?  You can't change the priority of a media catalog job.  My 30TB B2D media catalog job has been running more than a month now and don't know how long will it keep running until finish if ever.  The I/O of the drives storing the B2D files show little to no activities.  Please help!
