Backing up System State using Backup Exec 11d

Hi,

If you are using Windows backup utility to back up 'System State' i understand it always performs a copy backup (Full) no matter what type of backup (incremental, differential) you choose.

Is this also true for Back up Exec? Does it ignores the back up type and always performs a Full Backup?
