Backup completes with exceptions on System Center 2007 related files
Hi,
We use System Center Operation Manager 2007 to monitor many servers.
The SCOM has agents installed on all of these server.
I get a lot of jobs 'Completed with exception' while the exceptions are always these files:
Unable to open the item \ServerName\C:\Program Files\System Center Operations Manager 2007\Health Service State\Health Service Store\edb.log - skipped
Unable to open the item \ServerName\C:\Program Files\System Center Operations Manager 2007\Health Service State\Health Service Store\edbtmp.log - skipped
Unable to open the item \ServerName\C:\Program Files\System Center Operations Manager 2007\Health Service State\Health Service Store\HealthServiceStore.edb - skipped
Unable to open the item\\ServerName\C:\Program Files\System Center Operations Manager 2007\Health Service State\Health Service Store\tmp.edb - skipped
All these backups also include System State and Shadow Copy components.
Do I have to use AOFO in order to back them up? Does anyone knows if they are even crucial to be included in the back?

Either use AOFO to back them up, or exclude them. It's more of a Microsoft query, but if you don't mind reloading the application, then they should be able to be excluded.
