Hi,
No...the minute you try to restore you're going to run into issues with this. BE will have no details on the information on the NAS meaning restores will most likely be impossible.
Best bet is to create a B2D on the secondary NAS and add in a stage to duplicate the dedupe folder to this. It will rehydrate the data to the original size, so this is both a consideration and possible limitation.
Your other option is to have another BE media server connected to the second NAS with a dedupe folder defined. Using the Enterprise Server Option (ESO) and CAS/MMS you can use optimized dedupe to duplicate to the second media server. In the case of a DR event the data is readily available on the MMS.
