Backup Exec 12.5 backup failed (Cannot log on to MAPI with the specified credentials)

 

Hi all Professionals,

 

I have a backup problem when using Backup Exec 12.5 sp4. In these few day, I got the following error and fail to backup exchange 2007 server.

"Completed status: Failed Final error: 0xe00002fe - Cannot log on to MAPI with the specified credentials. Review the resource credentials for the job,and then run the job again. Final error category: Resource Errors For additional information regarding this error refer to link V-79-57344-766"

I haven't change setting in backup server and exchange server 2007. I just only move user mailbox from A edb to B edb. I have tested the resource credentials and successful useed server credentials. I'm sure that the backup job is normal and the error started from last weekly. I have two backup server for each location and got the same error at the same time. 

Please help....

 

Config info:

Exchange 2007 and Windows 2003 std server 64Bit

Backup Exec 12.5 sp4 and same logon account.
