We are currently using Backup Exec 2010 R3 SP4(media/remote/agents) in our environment.It will be very helpful if someone can let me know till when Veritas will be supporting this version of software so that we can plan for an upgrade.Called customer support but they are providing me upgrade documents to 2015.

and scroll down - the right hand side bar contains details of support status (you can use the drop down to change versions)
2010 R3 is already in partial support meaning no product updates, no engineering assistance for any issues and in fact support only offered against existing knowledge and documentation.
