Backup server 2012R2 Hyperv With backup exec 2010R3

Hi All,

im having a 2009R2 x64 bit server with backup exec 2010R3. (no available updates)

Im trying to backup a server 2012R2 with hyperv. But after i have installed the client and rebooted the hyperv server i cant getting contact with the serve and my backup jobs are failing:

even after reinstall the client it didnt. work. Im getting these errors in the log.

is it possible to backup server 2012R2 with 2010R3 and if yes, what can be the problem then
