BE2010R3SP2 - Rebuild Entire Server

My current server is running Windows Server 2008 32-bit.  I'd like to rebuild it as a 2008R2 so I can have proper backups of our Exchange system.  What's the best way to go about doing this?  How do I export all my current job's backup task and policies so I don't have to rebuild from scratch?  What about the BE database itself?  Any ideas?

    Take a copy of the BEDB.BAK file or a copy of BOTH the DATA and CATALOG folders.

    You can import the BEDB.BAK, or the databases from within the DATA folder.

    Then copy the catalog folder as needed.

    This is all well documented on the support KB site when referencing rebuilding or migrating data.
