Cannot backup Ubuntu 14.04.3 with Backup Exec 2014 SP2

    This seems to be a known issue. I would recommend you to log a formal support case referencing https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH231095.html

The failure of the Symsnap driver is fine. It should not affect the browsing of the backup selections.

Looking at the above log, it shows credentials as NOVIASALCEDO\albertodavid. Did you specify the "root" account or use the NOVIASALCEDO\albertodavid credentials ?
