CASO and MMS

Hi,

1. Try removing the MMS from the CASO and then re-adding it. Where are you storing your Catalog/device information when setting this up?

2. In the settings for your MMS on the CASO itself you should be able to set the connection speed (you could in previous versions of BE) and how it should be updated. Set it for the lowest setting possible, (EDIT) and the updates to be sent through less-often.

3. ...and make sure the services are all started up on the MMS.

I've made all these steps:

First off all i uninstalled MMS from CAS, restarted all services, then i've made an installation a new MMS (Install oprions and licenses). Second part i set custom speed connection, left them by default. And finished by restarting services on CAS an MMC both. But it didn't helped. At this moment MMS is online, but managed BE server and devices are offline.

...are the patch levels of the MMS and CASO the same?

If you are asking about updates, both servers are up to date.

Yes they are! May it happen because we have different domain admin accounts on CAS and MMS?

Aha...check my article below. It hasn't been updated for BE 2012, but the concepts behind it should still be valid.

You should just find the relevant section in BE 2012 to make the changes.

No, we have the same domain, but different accounts.
