database backup fail

Hi,

 

i have a Problem with the Databasemaintenance.

Every day i become the error:

Databasemaintenance is failed

Store: BEDB

 

i use backup exec 2012

 

i hope anyone can help

    Hello Dennis,

        I think the issue that you are facing is as per this technote which is a Known issue. There is no workaround available at this time, but the database maintenance failure should not affect the ability of the program to perform normal backup, restore, and other operations.

    Hello Dennis,

       Could you provide more information about the issue? Please check the Alerts which will give the information about on exactly which process the Maintenance failed. Also check the Event viewer on the server to look at any relevant events when the Database Maintenance failure occured.

    You might also want to open up BEutility.exe and run a BEDB repair of it.

    * Abgelaufene Daten für Datenbank BEDB wurden gelöscht:
    0 leere, veraltete Backup-to-Disk-Ordner wurden gelöscht
    0 abgelaufene Berichte wurden gelöscht.
    23 abgelaufene Auftragsverläufe wurden gelöscht.
    13 abgelaufene Meldungsverläufe wurden gelöscht.
    39 abgelaufene Auftragsprotokolle wurden gelöscht.

    Verwaltung fehlgeschlagen: -536837662, -536837662: :: -2147217871:Abfragetimeout abgelaufen
    Verstrichene Zeit insgesamt: 00:06:46

    Hello CraigV,

     

    i try this last week: run BEutility.exe and repair BEDB

    but no solution

    i have read that the problem came with DLO but we don´t have it installed

    ...try using BEutility.exe to run the database consistency check.

    Also you can safely Ignore this error as the database maintenance failure should not affect the ability of the program to perform normal backup, restore, and other operations.
