Error a000fefc

Hello,

I got this error form my backup exec 9.1 rev 4691 since I upgraded to Windows Server 2003.

A000fefc, to fully protect Windows Server 2003, you mush select shadow copy components for backup...

I have all my licence, i don't find this option

    Hello,

    Please go to backup tab in the view format select text-check if you have selected system state there.If yes then delete it from text view and then check whether you can see the shadow copy components.
    Also enabled shadow copy on the drive being backed up.
    Opened Windows Explorer - right clicked on drive:\ and selected Properties -->enabled Shadow Copy.
