Error e000821e - Overland NEO2000 SDLT600 w/ SDLT600media

I am trying to get my new tape library to perform backups. I have run all diags on the device and it is working fine. BE10 recognizes the sdlt600 tape drive but is refusing to recognize the sdlt600 media.

    Additional info - W2K3 Server OS, have turned off RSM services and restarted BE services. Still not working.

    Hello,

    Please check if the media you are using is compatible with the device you are using. This can be verified with the hardware manufacturer.


    Please check if the device is supported by Backup exec as per the hardware compatibility list.

    If yes please install the latest veritas drivers else install the OEM drivers.
