Exception Error in BENT 2010 R2

Open command prompt and browse to the installation directory of BE.

X:\Program files\Symantec\backup exec and type beserver.exe -console.

the above will throw an error message post the error here.

No change and suggested procedure failed. Did complete uninstall of program and data and went back to a fresh install Backup Exec 2010 (not r2) - but still have the same situation. Beserver.exe Console output gives:-

The largest backup log file (.bak) was around 8,300 Mbytes. Deleted it and tried restarting services via services.msc. No joy I'm afraid. Still get:-

In this event the one shown in bold letter, I see the beserver version as BE 2010 & that too with no update & not BE 2010 r2

Can you please confirm exact version is that BE 2010 sp1 or BE 2010 r2 sp1

Version is be 2010 (NOT UPDATED). Was originally BE 2010 R2 but this was totally cleared and replaced with a bare, initial BE 2010 installation.
