Insert media

Every week(sunday or saturday) i create job to tape library. Every monday dublicate weekly job to tape library. If job not create dublicate job have 2 weeks job (tape 100AAIL6, 200AAIL6). When tape 100AAIL6 unloaded,  dublicate job  request media 100AAIL6 and write "Insert media". but media unloaded and every others job stoped.

how to answer the question "Library insert"  --- Cancel or NO???

    Setting up an auto-response is not going to solve your problem. When the tape is ejected, it means that the tape cannot be overwritten and your job needs an overwritable tape. You either give it an overwritable tape or shorten the OPP of your existing tapes so that they can be overwritten

    I Run BEUtility.exe and change Edit configuration > Library Insert Allert > Cancel,

    i restart services but after restart in tools > alert categories > library insert > respond with "YES"

    WHY?
