Inventory Error - Cannot find ref. to error code

Are you getting the same error while doing the inventory?

"0xa000821e - Library error - incompatible storage media detected in robotic library".
Are you getting errors as event id 7, 9, 11 or 15 while doing an inventory?

The only event that they get is:

Eventid 34113
Backup Exec Alert: Job Failed
(Server: "FLEX-ADC-01") (Job: "Inventory Drive 0030") Inventory Drive 0030 -- The job failed with the following error: Library error - incompatible storage media detected in robotic library.

I followed the link but no go - they don't have lotus notes

any more ideas ??

Problem went away when they upgraded to 10.00
