The BE 2012 SCL states:
Advanced Open File option is currently not supported for use with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 Update 8.
This is why the exceptions are appearing when the file is open during backup. Probably, these files were closed earlier during backup which is why the jobs were successful.
- Regardless of which version of BE, to recover a Linux server, you need to reload the OS and then restore the user files that you have backed up with BE
