Large Incrementals for SharePoint 2010 backups on BE 2012

I have an agent installed on my SharePoint server and I'm backing up the whole server. It's a recent add to our backup jobs. I've noticed that it is consistently giving me daily incrementals of 250GB...

Thanks. It's disappointing it is so large. I hope Symantec finds a new solution to this problem.
