Symantec Backup Exec 12.5 + Windows Server 2012 R2: V-79-57344-65225 – A failure occurred accessing the Writer metadata.

    EDIT:

    Backup Exec 12.5 does not support Win 2012 R2 server.

    Refer to BE12.5 SCL http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH62301

    BE2014 and above supports Win 2012 R2, refet to the below article.
