    Hi,

     

    Run tapeinst.exe to install the Symantec drivers for the device. Restart the BE services to redetect the device and there should be no further configuration tasks.

    Now i am getting an error as " Physical Volume Library Media Not Found" while i tried to my Duplicate backup from Disk to Tape

    Edit the backup job & ensure it is pointing to the new drive. Else, recreate the job definition.
