I'm having the same problem. We have Windows Server 2008 Standard R2. When running the script, I receive the error message:

ERROR: Failed to update IP address restrictions. Check that the 'IIS 6 Management Compatibility' IIS role services are installed

IIS Domain/IP restrictions are shown under IIS7 management (both default website and the EnterpriseVault site). I can edit these manually so permissions are fine.
