Restore wizard?

Next problem...

I am now trying to do a restore and even this is not an easy task!
When I start the restore wizard it lists all of the backup files, in no particular order, image attached.
I now have to go through 1000 backup files one by one to see the contents to locate the latest backup of a file!
Surely this cannot be right.

    Hello Fred,

    You do not need to follow the Restore Wizard. You need to click on File > New > Restore Job(or simply press Control+R on the Backup Exec console). After doing that, click on 'View by Resource' as shown in the screenshot below:

    Thanks Sidd,

    I fail to understand the logic of having a 'wizard' that is less useful than the menu option!

    At least I can see my files now. Ta
