Delete the tape drive out of BE, and then Windows Device Manager. Disconnect the drive from the server and restart it.
Once done, verify nothing shows up in Device Manager. Shut down the server, reconnect the drive and start it up. Do not install the Windows drivers at all. BE has its own drivers. Run that wizard and let it complete, and then check within BE again.
