Synthétic fibre channel controller not supported

hi, 
i need to know what does cause this error when backuping my hyper-v (2012) :

A synthetic Fibre Channel Controller is configured in a Windows Server 2012 Hyper-V Virtual machine. Synthetic Fibre Channel controllers are not supported for Backup Exec Hyper-V Agent backup jobs.A synthetic Fibre Channel Controller is configured in a Windows Server 2012 Hyper-V Virtual machine.
