Unable to restore

Question

Hi,

&nbsp;

I have backup Exec 2012 and when i attemp to restore, i get the following error message:

&nbsp;

the supplied datetime represents an invalid time for example when the clock

&nbsp;

I select the backup point set and select the folders i want to restore but then this error appears.

Can you please advise?

Its is extremely urgent.

Try running a repair on the Backup Exec Installation and then reboot the media server. &nbsp;

If this still occurs there might be some inconsistencies the the BEDB so run a repair on it. see:&nbsp;&nbsp;http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH67239

Is the clock on the media server and the remote server synchronized?

For urgent cases, you should log a support&nbsp;case with Symantec. Do not rely on this forum for urgent cases
