    If you want to reset archive bit of all the files, you would have to do it yourself.  There is no facility in BE to reset all the archive bits.  That said, I think you should do a full backup on your newly restored server before you continue with your incremental/differential backups.  It is not wise to try to just continue with your incremental/differential backups on your new server.  In any case, you would have to do a full backup soon on your newly restored server.  You might as well start off with a full backup.
