EV error MODULE: EVLAUNCHDOCUMENT, LINE: 18

    Solution

     

    The Domino Server must run as a regular application on the Enterprise Vault (EV) Domino Gateway or the Lotus Domino Server service must run as the Vault Service Account.

    Resolution:
    Option 1
    1. On the EV Domino Gateway open Computer Management.

    2. Select Services and Applications.

    3. Select Services.

    4. Verify the Lotus Domino Server service is running as the Vault Service Account.


    Option 2
    Run the Domino Server as an application. (i.e. Launching Lotus Domino server from a shortcut).

Solution
