DLO 7.0 Version
We will migrate from DLO 6.1 to version 7, I have downloaded the Desktop and Loptop Option 7.0 Build 70049a, is it the latest release and is there any patches or fix to apply to version 7.0 before going in production ?

DLO 7 is the latest release. You can always update with any of the latest patches to your current version, which is sometimes advised just to cater for any required pre-upgrade patches.
Once upgraded, don't forget to patch your new installation.
