Unable to connect to DLO Administration Server

Unable to connect to DLO Administration Server
Failed to load configuration settings.
Either you are not connected to the network or the Server is not responding. DLO needs to be able to contact the Server to perform this action.

    When I look at your screenshots, I can see that the network has an attention icon, which means there is an issue with the network connection of that particular client.
