Unable to create technical support case

We unable to create technical support case. Because when I type product name of DLO (Desktop and Laptop option), shown below error message “no product found in this name”. So can you help me what is correct product name of DLO? Pls. find the attached error screen short.

Product Version 7.6 SP1

  • As mentioned in my initial reply, pls do not use my.symantec.com. Instead use my.veritas.com

  • Hope you are trying to log a case via my.veritas.com and not the older Symantec MySupport portal.

  • ...have you tried to continue with the case creation by keeping it as-is? Have you trie to select DLO?

    i have tried by following link and also i tried by DLO. same attached error message.
