Unable to create technical support case
We unable to create technical support case. Because when I type product name of DLO (Desktop and Laptop option), shown below error message “no product found in this name”. So can you help me what is correct product name of DLO? Pls. find the attached error screen short.

As mentioned in my initial reply, pls do not use my.symantec.com. Instead use my.veritas.com
