PS Where is dark Africa?
Nothing was working for me either - same as yesterday - has taken me until now to be able to even get logged in on connect
Partnernet also affected - my guess is that it is overnight work on the sites (US time that is !!)

The support site is more dead now than earlier - getting a 404 on my last attempt to connect
Hmm, I downloaded a technote just a little while ago. Good thing too as it solved my problem.
And Technical Support link is slow but it works for me.
Confirmed working now for me at least.
Working fine for me too.
