Enterprise Vault Accelerator Manager Serivce will not start
Hello,
I did a fresh install on EV8/DA8 SP4 in the lab to prepare for an upgrade. After the install was complete I found that the EV Accelerator Manager Serivce will not start. The message received is "Could not start the Enterprise Vault Accelerator Manager Service service on Local Computer. Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion." I found a KB article on the Symantec site that recommended removing DA and EV and then reinstalling them. I did this but to no avail. Anyone have any ideas?
