Enterprise Vault accounts
Dear's,
I have 4-5 accounts created for EV , but I am not sure whether those accounts are really used in EV specially for EV reporting, EV Operation manager and Annonymous account for OWA.
Is there any way to find which accounts are in use for EV reporting , EV operation manager (Monitoring Application ) and for OWA functionality ?

It is always recommended to keep different user a/c for each above job EV anonymous OWA, EVOM, Reporting and service a/c.
Ev service a/c = open services console on EV server, select any EV service, go to properties, select 'log on as..' tab.
EV owa anonymous a/c = open IIS, expand default web site, select 'EVAnon' VD, select 'Authentication', double click on anonymous authentication,
OR open Vault admin console, right click on 'directory on server....', properties, 'Data access a/c'.
EVOM user a/c= This can be found in EV dir database, monitoringSetting table.
EV reporting user= it can be found by access reporting URL http://SQLserver/reports, select Enterprise vault (i need to check exact details for reporting user).I hope this help.
