When I try to start the service, I got an error : error the network path was not found.
It's because the Netapp NAS only works when I put his ip address but in the enterprise vault, the location of the filestorepart has the name of the NAS.
Where can I change this location ?

No it's not, I think it's because the firewall rules has changed but the service concerned say that it has no block

What is the current entry? Is it an Alias? can you ping that alias from the EV server which has the storage-service? Can it be something changed in DNS? Did something change on the Netapp?
Check this document, step 3. That shows more or less how to verify the information in the database.
