Enterprise vault office mail app

Microsoft Office Mail Apps require Exchange Server 2013. They display next to the
currently selected item in Outlook 2013 and Outlook Web App (OWA) for Exchange
2013

You cannot use EV Office Mail App with Outlook 2010.

so what shall i do with client who has outlook 2010 which connected to Exchange 2013 ?

as long  Enterprise vault office mail app  not supported outlook 2010 what is your suggest for this client to let him using Archving ( EV)

there's no problem with the config you're asking about. just use the EV Outlook addin.
