Is there any documentation on the different message classes that Enterprise Vault 12 creates in Exchange 2016 mailboxes? Looking at my mailbox is see the following (likely not a complete list):IPM.Note.EnterpriseVault.ShortcutIPM.Note.EnterpriseVault.PendingArchiveIPM.Note.EnterpriseVault.Shortcut.DeleteMeIPM.Note.EnterpriseVault.Shortcut.RestoreMeIPM.Note.EnterpriseVault.PendingArchive.ArchiveMeJust wondering if there is an explanation of what they mean/are used for etc. ?

Hello IPM.Note.EnterpriseVault.Shortcut = Archived Item = shortcut IPM.Note.EnterpriseVault.PendingArchive = item is in process to be archived. item is still the original, only different message class. when item is archived, this changes to .shortcut IPM.Note.EnterpriseVault.Shortcut.DeleteMe = manual deleted shortcut in mailbox, awaiting confirmation from ev item is also deleted = when configured n policy! IPM.Note.EnterpriseVault.Shortcut.RestoreMe = item is waiting to be restored to mailbox. when restored, this will become ipm.note again IPM.Note.EnterpriseVault.PendingArchive.ArchiveMe

I do not think so. I seem to recall reading them in some in-depth training in a prior life but I could not find anything clearly documented. I think the short of it is the bottom three are pending actions requested from the client. Shortcut is a completed and backed up (if configured to do so). Pending archive is either pending storage, or pending backup based on your request but is queued.
