Entreprise Vault 10.0 Licensing
I received an upgrade mail notice from Symantec alerting that version 10.0 is available, the mail also refer to an licensing change, what is Symantec Enterprise Vault 10.0 Custom Archiving Agent ...
I dont believe any of this effects you, and historical vault i believe is just when you have backups of old exchange databases and journal mailbox and you want to import them in to EV, that is what the historical vault is all about. not many people use it as far as im aware
