EV 11 Search item selection limit

Hello,

I have new installation of EV 11.0.1. I have discovered that I can't select more than 200 items in EV search. One of our admins responsibility is to export some content from archive to PSTand this limit poses an issue.

I saw article that talkes about creating WebApp.ini filr with RestoreToPST  option in it, but it seems not working in version 11.

Also, I know that archives can be exported to PST from VAC, but contents we need to export is way less than the whole user archive, so it's not working werry well. And for this type of exports, EV Discovery Accelerator will be overkill as well.

 

Any one has an answer for me how to increase the selection number?

    In EV11 onwards the selection limit is 200 and it cannot be overwritten.

    it sounds like you should be using DA. are you not using it because you dont have it? the export limit in EV Search is there for many reasons but one of them certainly is because it's not designed to replace an eDiscovery tool.

    We do have DA, but for the person that is doing it it's too complicated. Anyway, I guess we will look into it.

    That's what I wanted to find out.
