EV API?

Hi

What is needed to be able to use EV API with the current EV versions (14.x)?

There used to be an Application Programmers Guide published by Symantec for EV 9.x but I don't see anything similar for later versions. Is the preferred\only way to script EV actions now to use PowerShell as I can find a PowerShell command guide.

I think I also read that the API option is only accessible via the STEP program - is that still the case?
