EV archive export issue

Now I am facing a strange issue on archive exporting.

Currently we are using EV9.0.2, when I am exporting one certain user's all archived message to a pst file, (did not tick " Limit the size ........" shown in below image),

the exporting will hang when the PST size is close to 20,000M.

Any good suggestion or solution on this?  Much appreciate.

    Trouble with PSTs they're never very precise. Change it to say 8192. Having a 20 GB PST is a *bad thing* anyway :)

    Dear Rob, thanks for your prompt supports.

    Yes, i know, but tryed tick "limit the size 20480M", it will also hang around 20000M.
