Exchange 2010 OWA Plugin

Hi to all,

I have the following infrastructure:

- Exchange 2010 (3 CAS and 4 Mailbox)

- Enterprise vault 12 Servers

- SQL Server (1 node)

Using outlook i have no problem but if i use the owa plugin i have the following error:

Unable to retrieve this archived item. There was a problem opening this item. Try again later

I have enabled OWA logging and the problem was an IIS 401 error.

On enterprise vault farm i have configured EVAnon web directory and the file ExchangeServers.txt, if i click on banner the item is retrivied with the enteprise vault web interface.

    I resolved the problem reinstalling EV servers

    Hello, did you als configure a data access account, and did you run the owauser.wsf command?

    See the 'setting up exchange archiving'  guide, there is a chapter specifically for OWA.

      Yes i did, i have also checked that the username used into cscript was configured on EVAnon web directory.

      The Enterprise vault version is 12.0.4.
