Just taken over from the old E Vault adminstrator and franticly trying to get up to speed. This morning I found the Journal mail box on the exchange server was not emptying. Restarted ...
What version of EV?
What version of Exchange?
How many messages are you talking about?
How old is the oldest message?
Are the items pending?
In some instances it is normal for the items to remain in the mailbox for about 5 minutes before being removed depending on your Exchange version.
