Journal Mailbox not emptying after upgrade to EV 11.0

Hello,

I have a fully functional test environment that I cloned my EV server to.  I did this so I could test the upgrade from EV 10.0.0 to EV 11.0.  My server is a Windows 2008 R2 SP1 server with SQL 2012 installed.  The upgrade went well but now the journal mailbox isn't emptying.  It was prior to the upgrade yesterday morning.

I have restarted the services, kicked off the tasks, restarted the server, checked the exchange connectivity, etc.  i am not logging any errors on the EV server nor the exchange server.

I would appreciate any helpful suggestions.  :)

    I see a lot of these:

    3371	13:43:13.259	 [7396]	(StorageOnlineOpns)	<9024>	EV:H	{CSimpleStore::GetQueueStatus:#9948} _com_error exception: [Item has not been added to the storage queue because the remaining disk space of the queue has breached its threshold.      Enterprise Vault will automatically try again later.       (0x80047155)]

    Do you see Event 29013?

    Warning Event ID 29013 - Exchange Mailbox Archiving Task is not archiving

    Is archiving running at all?  What is the current state of the items in the archive, "new" or "Pending"?

    Tony - I did run a dtrace on the journaling task but I realized that it is a little more difficult to translate than I thought.  I have included it here.

    Thanks, Tony.  Even though I had room available on the drive with the queues it wasn't above the 10% that EV wanted.  Once I cleaned up some room the journaling mailbox emptied.
