    Hello

    Outlook 2010 is NOT supported on the EV-server.

    You need to uninstall this, and install OL2007 on it.

    Uninstall Outlook 2010 and re-install Outlook 2007. this is described in the install/readme, and compatibility chart. If you run Deployment Scanner, it will also notify you.

Is it a new installation? Did you executed the script for assigning the required permissions to the EV account and the right throttle policy?

 Is the license already in place?

Open a command line, go to c:\program files (x86)\enterprise vault\

dtrace

set archivetask v

log c:\archivetask.log

From the Enterprise Vault console, restart the archiving task.

Paste here the content of the log file and we will help you.
