Help OWA does not work internally or externally

Hi All, I have the following setup: One Evault server for “Mailbox box archive”  One Evault server for Journal 2 Exchange 2007 Mailbox severs ( Clustered) 2 CAS servers, CAS...

    I opened a case with symantec, and after sometime they figure out that I am mistyping the
    <add key="EnterpriseVault_ExchangeWebServicesUrl" value="https:/10.1.1.201/ews/exchange.asmx"/>
    where only on "/" so after correctling this icons comes up but we have another problem is that icons only shown internally not from external

Oh and to add to the above, get it working internally before you try any more externally. Always good tip for EV OWA issues.
