Help OWA does not work internally or externally

Hi All,
I have the following setup:

One Evault server for “Mailbox box archive”
	
		&nbsp;One Evault server for Journal
	
		2 Exchange 2007 Mailbox severs ( Clustered)
	
		2 CAS servers, CAS1, CAS2 ( NLB)
	
		2 HUB servers
	
		1 ISA server in DMZ

All Internal and External users access OWA by https://mail.domain.com
I did the following:

Create Anonymous Account “EVOWA”
	
		Create Ansi File “exchangeservers.txt” contains all CAS servers IP
	
		Run the script “cscript owauser.wsf /domain:domain /user:EVOWA /password:P@SSW)RD”
	
		Install OWA extention on both CAS servers.
	
		As we are using IWA then I enabled the constrained delegation between CAS and mailbox cluster name.
	
		Create publishing rule in ISA to publish “http://mail.domain.com/enterprisevault”

Now after doing all these steps OWA icons not showing in OWA toolbar.
I know some changes should be done on web.config on CAS servers, I did some recommendation from the forum and nothing helps me instead I got my https://mail.domain.comcrashed, so I but the original web.config back again.
So please can you urgently help me in this.

I opened a case with symantec, and after sometime they figure out that I am mistyping the

where only on "/" so after correctling this icons comes up but we have another problem is that icons only shown internally not from external

1: Have you tried loggingdirectly onto one fo the CAS servers and connecting to the name? I.E https://Servername/owa&nbsp;What are the results? (Delete temp internet files from Interne5t explorer before testing.)

2: Is a proxy server configured in Internet Explorer when you do point one above? If so can you disable this and retest. (Delete temp internet files before test)

3: Do you get any errors logged in application event log on CAS Server?

4: Have you got SSL configured on the mailbox servers?

5: Can you post a copy of the&nbsp; example section of the web.config file.

6: In the above on your web.config file if you change logging to be true, do yoy get a log generated in the logging folder?

Oh and to add to the above, get it working internally before you try any more externally. Always good tip for EV OWA issues.

One thing to add to the Don's post. Did you run a synchronisation after configuration and restart the EV Admin service? Without doing those two steps you won't see the OWA EV toolbar as the hidden message in the users' mailboxes will not be updated to reflect the OWA configuration changes

Yes I di MAilbox Sync after the configuration, but not restart EV admin service. Attached OWA Log while enable logging

	I think the above is the point of failure. Try adding the below into the web.config file.&nbsp;

	The CAS server appears to be making the request to the Mailbox Server using Webdav via HTTPS not HTTP.&nbsp; This setting will alter this. the technote below explains further.
