Migrate away from EnterpriseVault

Hello,

i would like to migrate away from EnterpriseVault. How do I restore all the archived Mails WITH a Shortcut in the particular Mailbox. I dont like export the whole Archiv from a User and import it back. Is this possible at all??

    The short answer is that with Enterprise Vault alone, you can't.

    You might want to consider our product Archive Shuttle, that can. There are other third party migration products too, you may want to look them over.

    You can have EV in combination with a cloud solution. I personally would keep the EV archive because it can save you time in getting all live mail into the cloud. Also take into account: Cloud is not always the right solution. Just because it is the hype now does not mean it is the right thing to do. The EV environment migration may take time and capacity costs that will probably significantly lower your ROI when you move to the cloud.
